Shipping and Returns

Shipping

Standard Shipping: We currently offer free ground shipping on orders going to any destination in the United States. Please allow 2-5 business days for arrival. Orders are shipped from California.

2-Day Shipping: We offer expedited shipping in the US for $25. If you need your order further expedited, please email us at mailto:support@www.andcomfort.com and we will do our best to get your package to you on time.

International Shipping: We offer free international shipping for orders over $50 or a flat fee of $15 for orders under $50. The transit time is typically 2-5 business days, pending customs clearance. Before we can ship your order, you will receive an email from us confirming your phone number as well.

We currently ship to the following countries:

Duties & Taxes: You will be responsible for paying the duties and taxes to the carrier upon arrival of your package. Import duties and taxes will not be displayed with shipping charges at the time of checkout.

Exchange Rates: Orders are paid in USD and the exchange rate will be calculated at time of purchase by the customer’s credit card processor. We are unable to offer adjustments for exchange rate changes. The exchange rate and international credit card fees will be dependent on the credit card that the customer is using.

Returns

Return shipping is free for all US orders. For international returns, we do not cover the cost of return shipping. To initiate a return, please email with your order number and reason for your return.

Returns are accepted on all unworn, undamaged, unwashed items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. If your product is damaged due to a material or manufacturing error, we'll replace it or work with you on another solution. All replacements are at our discretion.

All items will be thoroughly inspected upon receipt and will only be processed if our returns standards are met. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.

Please give your refund 7-14 days to process. Once we have your items checked in, we’ll send the refund your way.
